I have lived in the Watertown and North Country area since 1992. 2017 represents my thirteenth year in real estate and my eighth as owner/broker of PCS HOMES. Previous to real estate my background was in business-to-business sales negotiations covering upstate NY. I graduated from the University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Finance and Economics.
My current hobbies include hiking and skiing with my family. I'm also a life long student of business and marketing, so I'm always researching and looking for better ways to help my clients buy or sell a home.
I truly love the Ft. Drum / Watertown area and it is why I founded PCS Homes. As the name implies, PCS Homes is focused and dedicated to meeting and exceeding the demands of a Military move. I pride myself on my knowledge of the local market, unique needs and time constraints of the military, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
The systems I use (and continue to update) to meet the strict time lines of a military move, work equally as well for my non-military clients. In fact, I sell my Client's homes on average in only 56.9 days since starting PCS HOMES in 2010. That's less than half the market average of 129 days.
